នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៤រោច ខែអាសាឍ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម អុឹម សួរ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជានៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (គ.ស.អ.ក./ក.អ.ក) បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម វ័ន កុយ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសកម្មភាពជនពិការ និងមានការចូលរួមពីក្រុមការងាររបស់មូលនិធិអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដើម្បីកុមារប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (UNICEF) ។ គោលដៅចម្បងនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះគឺ ផ្ដោតសំខាន់ក្នុងការដាក់បញ្ចូលចំណុចកំណត់នៃការគាំទ្រហរិញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យពិការភាព (ODA Support on Disability Marker) ក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យស្តីពីហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា (Cambodia ODA Database) ។ ជាលិទ្ធផល អង្គប្រជុំបានឯកភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំជា សេចក្ដីណែនាំស្ដីពីការកំណត់កម្រិតនៃការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យពិការភាព និងបន្ដពិភាក្សាលើបញ្ហាបច្ចេកទេសដើម្បីរៀបចំដាក់បញ្ចូលចំនុចកំណត់ខាងលើ ទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យស្តីពីហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានបញ្ចប់ប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ក្នុងបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងដោយរលូន ។

On Monday, July 14, 2025, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), His Excellency Im Sour, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board (CDCB/CDC), held a meeting with His Excellency Vann Koy, Deputy Secretary-General of the Disability Action, and attended by representative from United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Cambodia. The objective of this meeting was to discuss on the inclusion of the Disability Marker in the Cambodia ODA Database in relation to Official Development Assistance (ODA) support for the disability sector. As a result, the meeting reached conclusion to draft a scaling guideline on disability marker and to continue discussions on technical aspects for integrating the Disability Marker into the Cambodia ODA Database. The discussion concluded positively in a friendly atmosphere.
