នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១០កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម រ៉ិត វុទ្ធី អគ្គលេខាធិការ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជានៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (គ.ស.អ.ក/ក.អ.ក) បានទទួលជួបជាមួយសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ជីន សាតូ (JIN Sato) រួមជាមួយនឹងសហការីមកពីសកលវិទ្យាល័យតូក្យូ ។ គោលបំណងជំនួបនេះ គឺដើម្បីស្វែងយល់អំពីនិន្នាការ និងទិដ្ឋភាពរួមនៃហិរញ្ញប្បទានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផ្លូវការនៅ កម្ពុជា ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការវិភាជន៍ និងប្រើប្រាស់ ហិរញ្ញប្បទាន អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផ្លូវការក្នុងការសម្រេចបាននូវការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម ទោះបីក្នុងកាលៈទេសៈនៃការប្រែប្រួលនិន្នាការនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សកលក៏ដោយ។
ជាការឆ្លើយតប សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ជីន សាតូ និងសហការី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការ និងបញ្ជាក់ពីក្តីសង្ឃឹមក្នុងការរក្សា និងពង្រឹងមិត្តភាពយូរអង្វែងរវាងកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន ដើម្បីបន្តរួមចំណែកដល់ការសម្រេចបាននូវចក្ខុវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់កម្ពុជានាពេលអនាគត ។

On September 2, 2025, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), H.E. Mr. Rith Vuthy, Secretary General of the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board, conducted a meeting with Professor Jin Sato and his colleagues from the University of Tokyo. The primary objective of this meeting was to gather insights regarding the trends and overall landscape of Official Development Assistance (ODA) in Cambodia.
During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary General emphasized the Royal Government of Cambodia's policy on allocating and utilizing ODA to achieve socio-economic development, amidst changing trends in global development cooperation.
In response, Professor Jin Sato and his colleagues extended their sincere gratitude to His Excellency, Secretary General, and expressed their hope to maintain and strengthen the long-standing friendship between Cambodia and Japan to continue contributing to the realization of Cambodia's development vision in the future.
