នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១២កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី ២ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (ក.អ.ក) និងលោក Reto Grueninger នាយកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៃទីភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (SDC) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពីកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការសម្រាប់តំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧-២០៣០ រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្វីស ។ គោលបំណងចម្បងនៃកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ គឺដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ក្រោមកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការសម្រាប់តំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧-២០៣០ ព្រមទាំងទិសដៅនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយស្វីសនាពេលអនាគត ។ កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ មានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រីតំណាងក្រសួង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធចំនួន ១៨ និងតំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់ទីភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (SDC) សរុបប្រមាណ ៦០ រូប ។

On the morning of September 23, 2026 at the Palais du Government, His Excellency Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) and Mr. Reto Grueninger, Director of Cooperation of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), co-chaired a governmental consultation on the Southeast Asia Cooperation Programme (SEACP) 2027–2030.
The core objective of the consultation was to discuss on Cambodia's development priorities under the Southeast Asia Cooperation Programme 2027–2030, as well as the future direction of Cambodia-Switzerland cooperation. The consultation was attended by approximately 60 participants, including the esteemed representatives from 18 ministries and institutions, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
