នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១៤រោច ខែបុស្ស ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម រ៉ិត វុទ្ធី អគ្គលេខាធិការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជានៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (គ.ស.អ.ក/ក.អ.ក) និងលោកស្រី Alissa Chaker ប្រធានតំណាងកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហប្រជាជាតិ(UNDP)ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានសហការដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រចាំប្រទេសរបស់ UNDP (Country Programme Board -CPB)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ និងកំណត់ផែនការអាទិភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រចាំប្រទេស ឆ្នាំ២០២៤-២០២៨ របស់ UNDP ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំមានការចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ,អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ, អគ្គនាយក, លោក លោកស្រីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល, តំណាងវិស័យឯកជន អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេសទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយ UNDP សរុបប្រមាណ ៤០ រូប។ ជាលទ្ធផល សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រចាំប្រទេស សម្រេចបានលទ្ធផលល្អគួរកត់់សម្គាល់ លើការជម្រុញការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស, ការការពារបរិស្ថាន, ការលើកម្ពស់ប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម, ប្រព័ន្ធអភិបាលកិច្ច និងការបោសសំអាតមីន ។ សម្រាប់ផែនការឆ្នាំ២០២៥, អង្គប្រជុំបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍លើកាវិភាជន៍ថវិការរបស់ UNDP សម្រាប់អនុវត្តន៍លើ Shift ទាំងបីគួរតែមានតុល្យភាព និងមិនប្រកបដោយមហិច្ឆិតា រួមទាំងគួរបន្ថែមទៀតផងដែរលើសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពថ្មីៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។

On Monday, 27 January 2025, at the Palais du Gouvernment, His Excellency Rith Vuthy, Secretary-General of the Cambodian Development and Cooperation Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia CDCB/CDC, with Ms. Alissa Chaker, Resident Representative of the UNDP in Cambodia was co-chaired a First Meeting of the Country Programme Board for UNDP.
The objectives of the meeting were: (1) Review the progress of 2024 and Priorities Setting for 2025 in implementing Country Programme Document (CPD) 2024-2028 . The meeting was attended by His Excellency, Lok Chumteav Secretary of State, Under Secretary of State, Director from concern line- ministries , private sector, and non-governmental organizations, and technical staff, total of around 40 participants.
As a result, for 2024, the implementation of the Cambodia Programme development has achieved remarkable results in promoting human capital development, environmental protection, enhancing social protection, governance systems and supporting mine clearance.
For the 2025 plan, the meeting recommended that the UNDP budget allocation for the implementation of the three shifts should be balanced and non-ambitious, as well as more consideration should be given to the recent priorities of the Royal Government.
