នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, នៅទីក្រុងហាំប៊ួគ នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់, ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញចួលរួមក្នុងសន្និសីទស្តីពីចីរភាពទីក្រុងហាំប៊ួគ ២០២៥, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកជំទាវ Bärbel Kofler រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងជាសមាជិកសភាអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ។
គោលបំណងនៃជំនួបនេះគឺ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ក៏ដូចជាផ្លាស់យោបល់ និងបទពិសោធន៍ ដើម្បីបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងភាពជាដៃគូនាពេលអនាគត និងជាពិសេសការត្រៀមសម្រាប់កិច្ចចរចារស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសទាំងពីរ នាពេលខាងមុខ ។
ជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងារនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ ក្នុងស្មារតីបន្តលើកកម្ពស់មិត្តភាព និងទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងភាពជាដៃគូស្មើភាព ។

In the afternoon of 3 June 2025, in Hamburg, Federal Republic of Germany, on the sidelines of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference 2025, H.E. CHHIENG Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Bärbel Kofler, State Secretary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Member of the German Bundestag.
The objective of the meeting was to discuss the progress of development cooperation between Cambodia and the Federal Republic of Germany and exchange views and experiences to further strengthen future partnership and cooperation, particularly in preparation for the upcoming Cambodian-German Governmental Negotiations on Development Cooperation.
The meeting was concluded successfully and with the spirit of strengthening friendship, mutual understanding, and equal partnership.
