នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៩រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុក បេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (ក.អ.ក) បានទទួលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និង ពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Lee Yun Young អនុប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ (KOICA) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងការពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ ។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម Lee Yun Young និងសហការី ដែលបានមកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋ កូរ៉េ និងប្រជាជនកូរ៉េ ជាពិសេស ទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICA ដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកដល់កិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ច នៅកម្ពុជា ។
ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តម Lee Yun Young បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលផ្លែផ្កាក្នុងកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ។ ឯកឧត្តម Lee Yun Young បានប្តេជ្ញាបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យអាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បី ឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការអាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ។
ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សា និងពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់ទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICA ផ្តោតលើវិស័យសុខាភិបាល, អប់រំ, អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និង កសិកម្ម, វប្បធម៌ និងឌីជីថល, អភិបាលកិច្ច, ព្រមទាំងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សលើវិស័យសន្តិសុខ សង្គម និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ផងដែរ ។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានប្តេជ្ញាបន្តពង្រឹង កិច្ចសម្របសម្រួល និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICA សំដៅដល់ ការសម្រេចបានកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាព និងចីរភាព ។
ជាទីបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋ កូរ៉េ និងប្រជាជនកូរ៉េ ជាពិសេស ទីភ្នាក់ងារ KOICA ដែលបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទា សហប្រតិបត្តិការ ឆ្លើយតបចំទិសដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ។ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ជឿជាក់ថា ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ នឹងបន្តពូនជ្រុំកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែ ទូលំទូលាយ និងស្អិតរមួតថែមទៀត ។

On the evening of Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), His Excellency CHHIENG Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Second Vice Chairman of the CDC, received a courtesy call with His Excellency Lee Yun Young, Vice President of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), to discuss on the development cooperation and strengthen the partnership between the two sides.
At the outset, His Excellency Senior Minister warmly welcomed His Excellency Lee Yun Young and his delegates on their visit to Cambodia and also expressed sincere gratitude to the Government and the people of the Republic of Korea, particularly KOICA, for their valuable contributions to Cambodia's socio-economic development.
In response, His Excellency Lee Yun Young expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia, which has achieved fruitful results in the country's development. His Excellency Lee Yun Young also reaffirmed his commitment to continue strengthening and expanding cooperation in all priority sectors of the Royal Government of Cambodia in order to respond to its priority needs.
Both sides also discussed and reviewed the progress of the implementation of development cooperation projects under the cooperation of KOICA, focusing on the sectors of health, education, rural and agricultural development, culture and digitalization, and governance, as well as human resource training programs in social security and vocational training planned for 2026. At the same time, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen coordination and cooperation between the Council for the Development of Cambodia and KOICA, with the aim of achieving effective and sustainable development.
In conclusion, His Excellency Senior Minister expressed his profound gratitude to the Government and people of the Republic of Korea, particularly KOICA, for its active role in providing development cooperation financing in line with the development priorities of the Royal Government of Cambodia. His Excellency Senior Minister also expressed confidence that, within the framework of the Cambodia-Korea Strategic Partnership, cooperation between the two countries will continue to be further strengthened and expanded in a broader and closer manner.
