នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៦រោច ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំជូត ទោស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៤ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ ឯកឧត្តម ជិន ប៊ុនស៊ាន ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជា អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងលោកស្រី Veena Reddy ប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៏ (USAID) បានចុះ ហត្ថលេខា លើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបន្ថែមហិរញ្ញប្បទាន ចំនួន ៦,២៥ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក លើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងវិសោធនកម្មហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាង រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសារពើពន្ធ២០១៩ ។
ហិរញ្ញប្បទានថ្មីនេះ គឺបន្ធែមទៅលើហិរញ្ញប្បទានប្រមាណជា ៥៦ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកដែករដ្ឋាភិបាលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកផ្ដល់ តាមរយៈ USAID ដើម្បីអនុវត្ដកម្មវិធីនានា ក្នុងវិស័យសុខភាព, អប់រំ, បរិស្ថាន និងកសិកម្ម។ ក្នុងនោះ រួមមាន ទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ១ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក សម្រាប់កម្មវីធីសុខាភិបាល និងអប់រំ និងចំនួន ៥,២៥, លានដុល្លាអាមេរិក សម្រាប់កម្មវីធីកសិកម្ម និងបរិស្ថាន៕
ក្នុងនាមជារាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា សូមផ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងប្រជាជនអាមេរិក ដែលបានរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនិងបរិយាបន្ន និងការចូលរួមក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់ការរីករាលដាលនៃជំងឺកូវីដ-១៩ នៅកម្ពុជា ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ក៏មានក្ដីសោមនស្សរីករាយ ចំពោះការបន្ដសហការពីសំណាក់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលដៅរួមផងដែរ។

On Tuesday, 08 September 2020, His Excellency Chin Bun Sean, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions and Vice-Chairman of the Council for Development of Cambodia and Ms. Veena Reddy, Director of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) signed an additional fund agreement of US $6.25 million to the Development Objective Agreement Grants between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the United States of America.
These new funds complement the over US $56 million the U.S. government provided through USAID Cambodia for the implementation of health, education, environment, and agriculture activities. They include US $1 million for public health and education activities, and US $5.25 million for agriculture and environment activities.
On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Council for the Development of Cambodia expresses its sincere thanks to the U.S. government and the American people for their contribution to the inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development of Cambodia, and for their contribution to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in Cambodia. The U.S. government likewise appreciates the continued collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia in areas of mutual interest.
