នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៧កើត ខែបុស្ស ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី ២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (ក.អ.ក) បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរក្រសួងដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្ដីព្រាងអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អមដោយមន្រ្តីជំនាញទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយអាមេរិក សរុបប្រមាណ ៣០ នាក់ ។

On Friday, 26th December 2025, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), His Excellency Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions and Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, chaired an Inter-Ministerial meeting to discuss the Draft Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the United States of America. The meeting was attended by Secretary of State, Under-Secretary of State, and technical officials responsible for Cambodia–U.S. cooperation, with a total of 30 participants.
