On the sideline of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Senior Officials' Meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Chou Heng, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia and as Cambodia National Coordinator of GMS sat down with Mr. Alfredo Perdiguero, Head of the GMS Secretariat at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), to discuss future cooperation between the GMS Secretariat and the Cambodia National Secretariat of GMS.
