នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១៥កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, តំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និង ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ឈាង រ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្តីពីការចែករំលែកទិន្នន័យ ជាមួយ លោកស្រី Bridgette L. Walker ភារៈធារីស្តីទីនៃស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ។ អនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះមានហិរញ្ញប្បទានសរុបប្រមាណ ៣៦ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក សម្រាប់រយៈពេល ៥ឆ្នាំ ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣០ និងបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នា និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការការពារសុខុមាលភាពរបស់ប្រជាជន ព្រមទាំងការជំរុញប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាលដែលមានភាពធន់ និងចីរភាព ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

On 02 April 2026, His Excellency Senior Minister Chhieng Yanara, Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for Development of Cambodia, and His Excellency Prof. Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, signed a bilateral health Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, with Chargé d’Affaires Bridgette L. Walker of the United States Embassy. This five-year, $36 million MOU underscores a shared commitment and cooperation to protect the well-being of our people and advance a resilient and sustainable health system under the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
