នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១២រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោក Thomas Lammar ភារៈធារីនៃស្ថានទូតលុចសំបួដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងវៀងចន្ទន៍ នៃប្រទេសឡាវ និងទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងលោកស្រី Cynthia Rutare ប្រធាននៃទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍លុចសំបួប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (LuxDev) ។
គោលបំណងនៃជំនួបនេះ គឺដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងបន្តកិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើការរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីណែនាំសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ (Indicative Cooperation Programme – ICP) រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលលុចសំបួ ព្រមទាំងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំគម្រោង(Project Formulation) ក្នុងវិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងជំហានបន្ទាប់ ក្នុងការជំរុញការអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ការចុះហត្ថលេខារវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលលុចសំបួ លើកម្មវិធីណែនាំសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧–២០៣៣ គ្រោងអំឡុងពេលកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី (Francophonie Summit) នាខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ។

On the afternoon of Monday, 10 August 2026, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), H.E. Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), received a working discussion from Mr. Thomas Lammar, Chargé d’Affaires of the Luxembourg Embassy based in Vientiane Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Development Cooperation Office for Cambodia, together with Ms. Cynthia Rutare, Country Manager of the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency (LuxDev) in Cambodia.
The meeting aimed to review and continue discussions on the preparation of the final draft of the Indicative Cooperation Programme (ICP) between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the progress of project formulation in the health and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sectors, as well as on the next steps to further promote effective implementation of development cooperation between the two countries. The signing of the Indicative Cooperation Programme for 2027–2033 between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is planned to take place in November 2026, on the occasion of the upcoming Francophonie Summit.
