នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, ទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ជូ ហេង អគ្គលេខាធិការរងគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលជាតិ GMS បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃការអនុវត្តក្របខ័ណ្ឌយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកម្មវិធីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច GMS ឆ្នាំ២០៣០ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជារដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអ្នកជំនាញការជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB) សរុបប្រមាណ៥០រូប ។ កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយតម្លៃវឌ្ឍនភាព និងបច្ច័យនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២១-២០២៥ និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍គោលនយោបាយគន្លឹះ ដើម្បីកែលម្អ និងពន្លឿនការអនុវត្តសម្រាប់រយៈពេល ៥ ឆ្នាំខាងមុខ ។

National Secretariat of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program: On the afternoon of 31 August 2026, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board of CDC and as Cambodia National Coordinator for GMS, H.E. Chou Heng, presided over the Consultation on the Draft Midterm Review Report of the GMS Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 (GMS-2030).
The Consultation was attended by secretaries of state and under secretaries of state, senior representatives of relevant ministries and institutions of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and senior experts from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), with approximately 50 participants.
The Consultation aimed to review the progress and outcomes of GMS-2030 implementation during 2021-2025 and to provide key policy recommendations to further strengthen and accelerate its implementation over the next five years.
