ទីស្ដីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ឹម សួរ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជានៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (គ.ស.អ.ក./ក.អ.ក) បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Stefan Messerer ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងកញ្ញា Norakvattey រួមទាំងគណៈប្រតិភូនៃស្ថានទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ និងតំណាងអង្គការ Plan International Cambodia ដែលចូលរួមក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់យុវតី Girls Takeover Campaign ដែលមានគោលបំណងបង្កើនឱកាសសម្រាប់យុវជនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពភាពដឹកនាំ និងការចូលរួមក្នុងការសម្រេចចិត្តសម្រាប់អនាគត។ ជំនួបនេះបានផ្តោតលើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈអំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ និងពិភាក្សាការលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់ស្ត្រី និងយុវជន ក្នុងការចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ។

Council for the Development of Cambodia: On the afternoon of 27 April 2026, H.E. Im Sour, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDCB/CDC), received a courtesy meeting with H.E. Stefan Messerer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Ms. Norakvattey, along with delegates from the German Embassy and representatives from Plan International Cambodia participating in the Girls Takeover Campaign, which aims to create greater opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills and participate in future decision-making. The meeting focused on exchanging views on development cooperation between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as discussing the promotion of women’s and youth leadership in contributing to Cambodia’s socio-economic development.
