នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៦រោច ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារបុរីអង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី ២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារថ្នាក់ជាតិ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី ៥ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារថ្នាក់ជាតិ ស្តីពីការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបិទបញ្ចប់ គម្រោង “ការលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់សហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា” (Improved Competitiveness of National Enterprises in Cambodia – ICONE) ។ គោលដៅចម្បងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះគឺ ដើម្បីបូកសរុបវឌ្ឍនភាពគន្លឹះៗដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់សហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា (ICONE) ពីឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៦ និងការប្រកាសបិទបញ្ចប់គម្រោង ICONE ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ដែលជាតំណាងក្រសួង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធចំនួន ៧ តំណាងស្ថានទូតអាល្លឺម៉ង់ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា, តំណាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងបាត់ដំបង, ទីភ្នាក់ងារអាល្លឺម៉ង់សម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ (GIZ), និងមន្ត្រីគម្រោង ICONE សរុបប្រមាណ ៣៦ រូប ។

On May 07, 2026, at Siem Reap province, His Excellency Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, and Chairman of the National Steering Committee, chaired the 5th NSC Meeting on Knowledge Sharing and the Closing of the “Improved Competitiveness of National Enterprises in Cambodia” (ICONE) Project. The objective of this meeting was to review the key achievements made during the implementation of the Improved Competitiveness of National Enterprises (ICONE) project (2022–2026) and to officially announce the closure of ICONE Phase-I. The event was attended by approximately 36 participants, including representatives from 7 relevant ministries and institutions, the German Embassy in Cambodia, the Provincial Governors of Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, and Battambang, GIZ Cambodia, and ICONE project team.
