នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៩កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (ក.អ.ក.) ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក.អ.ក. បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរក្រសួងត្រៀមសម្រាប់កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយភាគីលុចសំបួ លើកម្មវិធីណែនាំស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ (Indicative Cooperation Programme – ICP) រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលលុចសំបួ ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីលោកជំទាវ ឯកឧត្តម លោក លោកស្រី តំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់ពីក្រសួង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបប្រមាណ ៥០នាក់។ គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងវិស័យអាទិភាព ដែលបានស្នើឡើងក្នុងសេចក្តីព្រាងកម្មវិធីណែនាំស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ (ICP) ព្រមទាំងប្រមូលមតិយោបល់ និងធាតុចូលពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីត្រៀមសម្រាប់កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយគណៈប្រតិភូលុចសំបួនាថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ។

On the afternoon of Monday, 25 May 2026, at the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), H.E. Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions Second Vice-Chairman of the CDC, chaired an interministerial preparatory meeting for the upcoming consultation with the Luxembourg on the Indicative Cooperation Programme (ICP) between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The meeting was attended by approximately 50 representatives from relevant ministries and institutions. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the strategic orientations and priority sectors proposed under the draft ICP, as well as to collect comments and inputs from relevant ministries and institutions in preparation for the consultation meeting with the Luxembourg delegation scheduled for 29 May 2026.
