នាថ្ងៃពុធ ៣រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានទទួលជំនួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោក Thomas Rachel សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃសភាសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ (German Bundestag)។ ជំនួបនេះមានការចូលរួមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម Stefan Messerer ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា, លោក Christof Weigelmeier អនុប្រធានបេសកកម្ម និងជាប្រធានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃស្ថានទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ និងលោកបណ្ឌិត Gidon Windecker អនុប្រធានផ្នែកសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃស្ថានទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ រួមជាមួយសមាជិកសភាសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ និងសហការីនៃស្ថានទូតសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ។
គោលបំណងនៃជំនួបនេះ គឺដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីស្ថានភាពនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងវឌ្ឍនភាព ទិសដៅ និងឱកាសក្នុងការពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ នាពេលអនាគត ។ ជំនួបនេះក៏ជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ភាគីទាំងពីរផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈលើអាទិភាពក្នុងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលជាធាតុចូលក្នុងការត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា–អាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលខាងមុខ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះគណៈប្រតិភូសភាសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ក្នុងការមកបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា និងសាទរចំពោះភាពជាដៃគូដ៏រឹងមាំ និងយូរអង្វែងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ។ លើសពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការចាកចេញពីចំណាត់ក្រុមប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច (LDC) នាឆ្នាំ២០២៩ ដែលជាសមិទ្ធផលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងជាការទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិ ប៉ុន្តែកម្ពុជានៅតែប្រឈមនឹងបញ្ហាប្រឈមមួយចំនួន ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ជាពិសេសការរក្សានិរន្តរភាពនៃជំនួយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព និងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនៃស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ។ ជាក់ស្តែង ក្នុងការបន្តជំរុញលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង, រាជរដ្ឋភិបាល ដែលមានការគាំទ្រពីអាល្លឺម៉ង់បានអនុវត្តគម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់សហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា (ICONE) ដែលទទួលបានលទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមូលដ្ឋាននៅកម្ពុជា ដូចជាការពង្រឹងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់សហគ្រាស, ការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព, ការជំរុញនវានុវត្តន៍ និងការពង្រឹងសេវាគាំទ្រអាជីវកម្ម ។
ជាការឆ្លើយតប ភាគីអាល្លឺម៉ង់បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ក្នុងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងបានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តចំពោះការរីកចម្រើនដែលគណៈប្រតិភូបានសង្កេតឃើញដោយផ្ទាល់ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលទទួលបានលិទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ក្នុងការកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ, ការរីកចម្រើនផ្នែកហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ការពង្រីកលទ្ធភាពចូលទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារ និងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវអភិបាលកិច្ច និងគាំពារសង្គម។ លើសពីនេះ ភាគីអាល្លឺម៉ង់គូសបញ្ជាក់សារជាថ្មីនូវការបន្តការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការគាំទ្ររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ។

On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at the headquarters of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), H.E. Chhieng Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission and Second Vice Chairman of the CDC received a courtesy call and working discussion with Mr. Thomas Rachel, Member of the Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development of the German Bundestag.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Stefan Messerer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Cambodia; Mr. Christof Weigelmeier, Deputy Head of Mission and Head of Development Cooperation of the German Embassy; and Dr. Gidon Windecker, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation of the German Embassy, together with Members of the German Bundestag delegation and representatives from the German Embassy.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views and discuss Cambodia’s socio-economic development situation, as well as the progress, direction, and opportunities for strengthening and expanding development cooperation between Cambodia and Germany in the future. The meeting also provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on development cooperation priorities as inputs for the preparation of the upcoming Cambodia–Germany Governmental Consultations on Development Cooperation.
On this occasion, H.E. Senior Minister warmly welcomed the delegation of the German Bundestag on their visit to Cambodia and expressed appreciation for the strong and longstanding partnership between Cambodia and Germany. Furthermore, H.E. Senior Minister highlighted Cambodia’s preparations toward graduating from Least Developed Country (LDC) status by 2029, emphasizing that this milestone represents an important achievement and international recognition. At the same time, Cambodia continues to face a number of challenges that require continued efforts by the Royal Government, particularly in ensuring the sustainability of development assistance, strengthening competitiveness, developing human resources, improving productivity, and enhancing public institutions. In this regard, to further promote competitiveness, the Royal Government, with support from Germany, has implemented the ICONE project, which has enhanced enterprise competitiveness, improved productivity, promoted innovation, and strengthened business support services.
In response, the German side highly appreciated Cambodia’s efforts toward development and expressed satisfaction with the progress directly observed during the delegation’s visit to Siem Reap, which has achieved notable achievements in poverty reduction, improvements in infrastructure, market access expansion, improvement in Governance, and social protection. Furthermore, the German side reaffirmed its continued commitment to supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia in promoting socio-economic development and further strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
