នាថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីក្រុងហាំប៊ួគ នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់, ឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង យ៉ាណារ៉ា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងសន្និសីទស្តីពីចីរភាពទីក្រុងហាំប៊ួគឆ្នាំ២០២៦ (Hamburg Sustainability Conference - HSC 2026) ។
ឯកឧត្តម Frank-Walter Steinmeier ប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងការបើកជាផ្លូវការនូវសន្និសីទនេះ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “សក្តានុពលនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ៖ ជំរុញវឌ្ឍនភាពប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរួមគ្នា” ។ សន្និសីទនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃរដ្ឋាភិបាល, អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ, វិស័យឯកជន និងសង្គមស៊ីវិល ក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញកិច្ចសន្ទនាកម្រិតខ្ពស់, ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នា ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs) ។
សន្និសីទស្តីពីចីរភាពទីក្រុងហាំប៊ួគឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ផ្តោតលើប្រធានបទគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ពិភាក្សាចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន ៖ ១) ភាពធននៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ច, បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងអនាគតនៃភពផែនដី (Resilient Economies, Technology and the Future of Our Planet), ២) ហានិភ័យ, ភាពមិនប្រាកដប្រជា និងជម្លោះ (Risk, Uncertainty and Conflict) និង ៣) អនាគតនៃកិច្ចសហការ, ពហុភាគីនិយម និងអភិបាលកិច្ច (Ensuring the Future of Human Collaboration: Multilateralism and Governance) ។ ប្រធានបទទាំង ៣ នេះ មានសង្គតិភាពទៅនឹងអាទិភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ និងការពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពទាំងនៅថ្នាក់តំបន់ និងសកល របស់កម្ពុជា ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ, ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ Bärbel Kofler រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាល្លឺម៉ង់ (BMZ)។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដោយបានផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់រវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូដ៏យូរអង្វែងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ព្រមទាំងការលើកកម្ពស់ស័ក្តិសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ។

On 29 June 2026, in Hamburg, Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. CHHIENG Yanara, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, participated in the Hamburg Sustainability Conference.
The HSC 2026 was officially opened by H.E. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany, under the theme, “The Power of Cooperation: Driving Progress Together.” The Conference brought together high-level representatives from governments, international organizations, the private sector, and civil society with the main objective of fostering high-level dialogue, strengthening international cooperation and promoting shared commitments towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The conference focused on three thematic pillars, Resilient Economies, Technology and the Future of Our Planet; Risk, Uncertainty and Conflict; and Ensuring the Future of
Human Collaboration: Multilateralism and Governance, which closely align with Cambodia's national development priorities and its continued engagement in strengthening regional and global partnerships for sustainable development.
On the sideline of the opening day, H.E. Senior Minister held a courtesy meeting and working discussion with H.E. Bärbel Kofler, Parliamentary State Secretary, German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The two sides exchanged views on Cambodia–Germany development cooperation, with particular emphasis on preparations for the forthcoming Cambodia–Germany Governmental Consultations, scheduled to take place in November 2026. Both sides also reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening the longstanding partnership between Cambodia and Germany and enhancing development effectiveness.
